High performance of RoboSpeedBox is achieved by the application of an injection system for heat supply of the product from above and below.

Today it is one of the most advanced technologies in cooking, providing extremely fast and even cooking. The effect of hot air hitting the product ensures very fast heat exchange between the hot air and the product, much faster than with the traditional infrared or convective method of heat supply.

Loading of the product into the chamber is done from the front through the door.
